Travis Balicki
Design Manager
Travis Balicki manages the design and drafting teams of Trialta Projects. He brings with him over 10 years of experience through various engineering companies and disciplines.
He has an extensive background that includes having led various mechanical design teams for upstream oil and gas wells, batteries, satellites, water injection facilities, pipelines, rail terminals as well as SAGD facilities. Travis’ vast experience has enabled him to develop excellent CAD design, field practices and management skills that allow him to provide technical and quality guidance to department staff.
Travis’ strong leadership skills have enabled him to effectively lead a team of mechanical, civil and electrical designers, supporting all projects from start to finish; including but not limited to estimating, scheduling, scoping, as-building, drafting, detailed design and construction support. Travis is always striving to improve efficiency and standards to ensure that Trialta Projects continues to provide the highest quality of deliverables.
